Disclaimer: I did not purchase these things, nor did I put them on any of the children/dogs shown below. :o) My Dad has been shopping at the Dollar store again and Brooke LOVES his bargain finds! Notice the pimp shades and the Mr. T gold chain. Brooke put it all on as soon as she got it in the mail, then as she got tired of the chain she made sure to put it on Nipper (Steven's parents dog) and our own poor Cooper.
This week in Lubbock it feels like Fall is finally in the air. We have been having nice cool mornings and leaves turning colors as well as blowing everywhere in our normal West Texas wind. As for the election, I am glad it's over. Two years of election coverage was far more than I personally needed. And, if the outcome of the election wasn't as you'd hoped (or even if it was), remember to pray hard for our country through this and any other change we encounter as Americans.
