Brooke is constantly cracking me up, but for some reason when I get on the computer I seem to forget all of the funny stories!! I am going to try to get better about this.
If you ask Brooke what she wants for her birthday she will tell you, "LOTS OF PRESENTS!" Smart kid, don't you think?!
She is currently behind me playing Dr. Brooke and her imaginary patients/friends are Nana, Paw, Grandad and Granny. I asked her to tell me something about her friends and she said, "They all have big feet like you Momma." Gee thanks....I am learning kiddoes aren't always good for Momma's ego....HA!
This morning after breakfast I told her it was time to get dressed so we could go to music class. Her response, "Momma, I need to let my food settle first." Apparently getting dressed after breakfast can be quite jostling.
Brooke asked me to find her a ladybug yesterday. I told her I didn't know where to find a ladybug right now and she said, "Momma, you go to the grocery store" with that DUH attitude!
Steven & I caved in last night and gave her a birthday present early. She was with us when we got it, so she knew specifically what to ask for. It happens to be a VTech Learning Laptop of some sort and she loves her new "puter" and I do mean LOVES it. It is more challenging than her last one. Last night after her bath I told her to go pick out a book and a baby doll and I will come read to her. She picked up the laptop instead, but when I told her no her response was, "But MOMMA I need to check my email!" Have we created a monster??
