I mentioned earlier about the parade float being worked on for Homecoming week. Well, Steven got suckered, I mean sweet talked into making a large football for the 2nd Grade float this year. They mentioned something simple like plywood and chicken wire, but for those of you who know Steven probably already know that wasn't going to happen....
We started out early Saturday morning at Home Depot. Doesn't everyone go dressed like this?!
Even came home and played basketball like that....
It takes a sweet Daddy to stop his project to give Brooke a quick lesson in how to build a teepee.
And that same sweet Daddy made this football out of wood....
And covered it and made it look like this....!! It is over 5 feet tall and will definitely add a cool factor to their parade float!
