Random.

The garden was planted later than normal this year.....but you won't hear any complaints out of us! We have been eating, chopping and freezing lots of zucchini, yellow squash and okra....they are WONDERFUL added to soups and stews all winter long. Brooke got in on the action too of course.....with a butter knife, but the pile around her cutting board she did all by herself.

Proof I still need to keep the camera up HIGHER.....self portrait.

Look who visited the house yesterday evening.....SUPER GIRL....or her version anyway. ;o)

I love the world of amazing crafty mom's.....I traded some of my crafts for this awesome crocheted New Home/Texas Tech colored hat for my angel.....

And proof that this girl is an even combination of Momma AND Daddy.....like me, she can piddle like nobody's business and take FOREVER to do anything.....and like her Daddy, she is very artistic....even in her piddling. This was her artistic addition to breakfast this morning.....she said it's "Larry the Banana instead of cucumber".

TGIF.....swim pictures to come from her reward party at school!!
