As you have heard me say many times before, Brooke loves the farm and anything to do with it. Well, Unc Bro and Steven got a new toy this week.....a high dollar toy as a matter of fact, if you don't know what it is, it's an eight row John Deere cotton stripper, and no I don't remember any other details. After driving it all the way from Brownfield to New Home, which isn't normally a very long drive but you have to remember it tops out at about 20 miles an hour, Brooke and I met them so Brooke can take her first ride in the new toy.
While I was waiting on the 20 mph piece of equipment carrying my husband and daughter I was enjoying the beautiful West Texas sunset. If you notice some lights in the distance, that was them coming my way. Just too beautiful not to share.
