Basketball Camp.

I have SO much fun with this girl.  There are so many ways (lots of ways I would never admit to in writing) that this girl is actually like me too.  One of the many ways, is her lack of love for boxy, boring t-shirts.  I have never liked them, and with Brooke's gripes I now turn all of our disliked t-shirts into something we will actually wear.  I have made a little money doing it for other people as well!  Anywho, Brooke went to a basketball camp offered out here this year.....probably to get me off her back because I really thought she needed the experience, help with coordination, and time to hang out with her friends before school.  She ended up LOVING it, but I must say she was worthless and exhausted when she got home.  Could it have been the THREE straight hours of constant exercise?!

They were asked to wear their t-shirts to the last day of camp, where parents were invited to come watch what they've learned.  Brooke told me she did NOT want to wear that icky shirt, so here is what I came up with the night before....she wasn't the only one that loved it!
It's now an off the shoulder, cropped shirt with little straps....

After being asked by Steven where the pictures of her AT camp were, he took it upon himself to drive all the way out here to see for himself and take pictures himself....so you can thank him.

In case you can't spot her, way back in the middle with the poofy pony tail.

They had to show us they could dribble with both hands, cross over, run while dribbling, pivot, shoot, etc....

This one looks like the ball was getting away from her, but it wasn't in reality.  She had dribbled it all the way across the gym better than I expected!

And a picture I borrowed from the camp itself, the first annual Leopard Basketball Camp!
