Last Monday of Summer....

I do NOT remember feeling THIS emotional about the last Monday before school starts in the previous years.  I do NOT want to give up my time with this girl!  I will not voice it aloud though because this smarty pants tends to use my emotions at a time that is most convenient to her.....and can inflict immense amounts of guilt at said time....in other words, she is already too smart for her britches.

So, to all of you who expect me to do real work this week.....don't hold your breath.  If I've been behind the entire summer on work, it can wait another week while I HOG this girl as long as I can.  My folks are coming later in the week, so for the next couple of days I am hogging her every waking hour!!

In case you're wondering about the picture....isn't this how all kids come out of their rooms on Monday mornings?!  Complete with roller skates, knee high socks, helmet and of course gardening gloves.
