No, we aren't the type of parents to take our child out in the cold in short sleeves! The West Texas weather has been unbelievably more unpredictable than normal this year! Thursday it was 74, Friday 54, Saturday 65, Sunday 74 AND yesterday and today our high is only 32!! This set of pictures is of last Thursday, when it was beautiful outside....and before the sickness hit Steven. Luckily for us, Steven got over it in less that 24 hours and so far Brooke and I are still in the clear!!
Brooke loves her wagon, and loves it even more when we all go for a walk together.....so, we had to take advantage of the warm weather. Steven is buckling Cooper's leash to the wagon.....
This picture shows Cooper is actually doing all of the work, Steven is just there for steering purposes! No wonder Cooper was exhausted when we got home, he was hauling an extra 40+ pounds! He by far got more exercise than we did!
You can tell how strenuous these rides are on Brooke, she's sitting in the wagon drinking her juice!
This weather is so confusing to Brooke. We went out to the farm Sunday evening and she kept asking me why I wasn't making her wear a jacket, then yesterday looked at me like I was crazy when I told her she needed to keep her socks on! She was also thrilled to see what little bit of snow and ice we have on the ground this morning.....but how her mind works, she asked me when Santa was coming back!
