Memory making.

Another picture I found on the other camera. The reason I am posting it is knowing as a kid, we cannot guess what Brooke will remember and what she won't. All I know is some of the silliest, non-formal things I did with my family growing up are the things I remember the most now. I am guessing things like this.....time spent together....will be one of the things Brooke will remember. Spending time with family, just talking, playing, visiting, etc....

The story behind this is we have two huge pecan trees in our backyard (which yes I know, needs some landscaping....dreams are bigger than the money sometimes), which has meant a LOT of pecan picking up. We bought a contraption to pick them up very easily, but in order for an adult to use it quickly we have to keep a little girl entertained because she LOVES using it herself. AND, the dirt was too hard in our backyard to insert the stakes in the ground for horse shoes, so I told them to throw it around the chair legs.....hey, it worked.

Momma, don't shoot me for posting it with such a flattering pose of you....it shows you were out there helping too!
