Brooke is almost four (yes, time flies), and she has never been out in the snow when it has been deep enough for her to play in! We have either missed the snow completely by being out of town like during the blizzard at Christmas time, or was sick last year during the only snow fall. SO, this year I warned Steven that he was going to be BEGGED when he got home. He hadn't even closed the door when he walked in from work before it was already starting "Daddy can we PLEASE go play in the snow?" I had told her all day we were going to wait for her daddy because I don't like him to miss first's when we can just wait an hour!

And wah lah. The ONE thing she's been begging to do for years, and even continuously pretends to make them in our living room floor. A SNOW ANGEL!

She is SO proud of this picture.
You could not wipe the smile off her face. We didn't do the snow man thing because we couldn't get the snow to even stick together for snow balls, but that did not dampen Brooke's mood at all.
Daddy kept making sure her gloves AND mittens were staying on....yes, she had both on!
She kept wanting to go play in the backyard snow the next day, but there is something about avoiding the yellow snow that I was not quite ready to tackle just yet!
