Christmas has always been my favorite holiday. I love the decorations (which we will attempt to get put up this weekend), love what the holiday is supposed to be about, and now that I am a parent I love it even more because I get to relive it through a child's eyes and see all of the magic that seems to happen this time of year!
I love getting to see this angel sweetly telling Santa what she wants for Christmas. So far the selfishness that can come with childhood hasn't settled in to this six year old. Every single year she has asked Santa for ONE thing. This year she has asked Santa for a Unicorn DreamLite. It is a pillow pet with a night light in it basically, so we hope Santa has no issues finding one. ;o)

Happy December everyone! Let's all try to remember what the season is really about. Not the GETTING, but the giving!
