I am so very thankful for how resilient this child is. She has been hit, yet again, with a really hard asthma flare up. Coughing, gagging, struggling to breathe and yet she is still such a joy! I think the only ones that actually WORRY would be her parents. ;o)
She had a rough night last night, so we let her sleep in....fully knowing she's never slept past 8 unless she was really sick. So, she is safely at school now, catching up on her school work and loving the extra attention she is getting from concerned classmates, teachers and other wonderful staff at her amazing school.
I told her I wanted to take her picture to show her Daddy not to worry about her, that she is okay....and here is the pose I got. I feel as though we are blessed beyond measure daily, but feeling like she is well taken care of when I drop her off at her 'public school' is a blessing I never thought I'd have!
