I know it's Monday.....so sue me, I am a little behind! Brooke gets to be more fun every day, but gone are the days when I can actually goof off on the computer while she is awake! She has completely realized when she is being ignored and doesn't quietly let it happen anymore! We have so much fun during the days, I am trying to teach her new things every day and really wonder who is learning more.....Brooke or Mommy?! She has such a great sense of humor, although sometimes she says hilarious things that I shouldn't laugh at.....such as "Is that a joke?" when I have told her to do something, or "momma, don't be ridicuwous" if I ask for something she thinks is unreasonable..... I make sure to tell Steven every time I think to that I have to be paying for his raising, HA!
I wanted a picture of Brooke in her red. Normally she will pose like crazy, but this afternoon this was as close to 'cheese' as I could get!
Whoever came up with the M&M's slogan "melts in your mouth, not in your hands" obviously did NOT have a toddler.....yup, that's blue M&M all over her hand.
You see who gets all the love around here.....
The story behind this one is that my mother hates lizards.....Brooke, however loves them and Steven and I both love to hear my mother scream in fear occasionally, so we keep a fake one or two around the house. Brooke found this one Friday night, and as I was taking her picture she was telling me what lizards do, hence the tongue.....I could have made up a story and directed it towards Granny, but hey!
