Late night Brooke update...

Hopefully you are reading this early Tuesday morning, but it is currently Monday night right before 10....and I am very happy to report that Brooke is in bed, sound asleep....so far anyway. She broke her fever (which topped out at 103.8, too high for me) around 4:15 and seemed to get better from there. I hope this isn't jinxing our night.... Brooke took a 10 minute nap around 5 and woke up hungry. She drank some Pedialyte and Gatorade, kept it down, kept down crackers and was literally begging for some soup.....so, she ate some Lightning McQueen chicken noodle soup and begged for a snack before bed. I am really hoping that I can tell you in the morning that we all slept well and that I can cancel the doctor's appointment the nurse made her for in the morning!! Keep your fingers crossed!
