Apparently Brooke hasn't been getting enough undivided attention....you know, from me being home with her constantly! For the last two weeks she has been telling me, "Momma, I neeeed Nana & Paw or Granny & Grandad" and I will tell her they are in their respective cities and her response is always, "but I neeeeed them." I love the bond she has with both sets of her grandparents. She talks to them on the phone all the time.....but I started thinking what do they give her that I don't....and how would I explain that in a blog post. Then I found THIS first picture and it all came to me! Paw will pick on me about this picture, but it is PROOF that they will let her do things to them that I don't even sit still long enough to think about! Brooke loves stickers, in fact the new rule is she can only stick them to people or books because Steven and I spent way too much time peeling them off other things, such as our front door, or the wall as pictured below.
This picture was her coming to get me and Nana. She wanted to show us what she did to Paw, she was so proud of her sticker application!
Potty training update. Things are going REALLY well. She has only had maybe one accident a day over the last week or so. She has started telling me BEFORE she needs to go and making it to the bathroom on time! The only problem we have had was that I had to change the 'reward'. She was getting peanut butter M&M's every time she pottied, but she was doing it so frequently that the sugar high took over.....so now she gets stickers!
