What could possibly be better to do on the first day of Spring than suckering I meant to say sweet talking Paw into buying ice cream?! Nana and Brooke were walking when they heard the ice cream truck.....I have told Brooke that only grandpa's money works with them (I know cruel, but this dude drives by every single day and I got tired of being asked!). It was if a light went off when Nana mentioned the ice cream truck and the fact that Paw was inside. Brooke RAN to the front door and banged on it while yelling "ICE CREAM PAW!" As the pictures show.....he didn't say no. ;o)
Brooke thought the pictures on the side of the truck of all the ice cream was "just beautiful" and yes, that comment made me totally rethink the times she has told me she thought I was "just beautiful".....
Brooke's favorite color seems to be blue....and she of course had to lick the blue part first.
Nana showed her how to eat it properly....well, tried to show her anyway!
She loves her Nana and Paw.....she even shared with Nana.
Nana and Paw pulled their camp trailer to town to test it out for a few nights....it's been a while since they've taken it anywhere. Brooke fell in love with their "little house." She knows it's a trailer, but she kept telling me "we need to go see NanaPaw's little house" and no, that isn't a typo she normally calls them NanaPaw as if they are one word. Yesterday after her nap she told me we need to go see them again at their little house and when I told her they took it home with them to Plainview of all the things she said, "But Momma....I need to go potty in it" OKAY....of all the things she wanted to do in their trailer....apparently she loves the bathroom!
