Other than the weird, un-called for time change (my opinion only) we had a very relaxing weekend. Steven and I have coughed enough for an army of coughers (still are by the way), but I do believe we are on the mend. I am finally starting to feel like I can breathe normally again too, which is a great sign! Brooke has been great! I think she got every bit of energy that I no longer had, but luckily for me her patience is awesome. She knew I didn't feel well, so she gave me a break as often as she felt I needed one. I was rather bummed that I missed out on my grandfather's birthday party, but Brooke helps me get over things very quickly.
You will be able to tell I am feeling better.....I actually got the camera out!
I captured proof the best horsey rides around.
Nana no longer has to wear her neck brace after her vertabrae surgery, and because I knew she wouldn't pose for a picture I snuck up and interrupted their walk Friday afternoon. ;o) Notice the 'dirty farm truck' as Brooke so politely mentions every single time she sees it.
Our allergy monster is already begging to go outside, and she cannot go without Cooper following.
Brooke was fascinated when she discovered she had a hood on her shirt yesterday....and even MORE fascinated when she saw Momma had one too. She pulled mine up for me, asked me to pull hers up then ASKED me to take our picture....yep, I've created a monster...and please ignore me....I'm sick remember...that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!
Brooke wanted her picture taken with Pooh....but when she saw that his face wasn't in the picture.....
She held his neck tightly to make SURE he was in the next pic!
For those of you who get this blog via email.....sorry about the random non-working email you got earlier. I couldn't sleep when Brooke was napping, so I was playing with the design on the blog. Get online and check it out!
