Teacher

Man, this girl and her wild personality keep me hopping! When at the grocery store the other day, I was bent over reading nutrition stuff on a box when she said, "look at me Momma, I a teacher" when I looked over she had her glasses like this.....

I still have not figured out where she got that teachers wear their glasses on the end of their noses....maybe the librarian she met not too long ago...?!

Funnies lately (at least funny to ME)....

I bought some Kix cereal for a change and she will NOT call them Kix, instead she calls them 'chipmunks' and it cracked Steven up last night when she said "Momma, I need to eat some more chipmunks please."

She very sweetly just told me this morning "Momma, I need to watch Madagascar TWO while you do your wiptical please."

She watches me do a daily work out (most days) and I am pretty sure (at least I hope) I do not grunt while I lift weights, do squats or tummy crunches....but for some reason she will pick up her music sticks and tell me she's doing her crunches while acting like she's lifting weights....sounds simple, but I will have to capture the sound of her grunting, huffing and puffing while she's exercising.

On the preschool research topic. I think I've picked out where I want her to go on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have done a ton of research, asked parents and friends, as well as toured a few places and like one in particular. The funny thing is all of the parents I have asked have told me their kids have learned amazing things at these places, such as their colors....well....Brooke has known her colors for at least a year, so that has me not as paranoid about how she's learning in comparison to other kids. Whew....
