It was a beautiful weekend here in West Texas. It was hot, yes.....but not as hot as it was in June, therefore we had to get outside and enjoy it! Steven was doing some farm work, moving tractors, etc.....so Brooke and I headed out there to 'help' him. I told her we were going to the farm and the entire 10 minute drive out there she was saying "Wait Tractor, I comin!" so to merely say she was excited seems understated.
Brooke helped her Daddy move tractors.
Stopped playing briefly enough to say cheese for momma.
Unc Bro has several golf carts to navigate the farm, and Brooke LOVES them.....and yes, she has already been allowed to steer them on a regular basis. This picture showed a golf cart FULL. Steven, Brooke, Unc Bro AND the black dog Solomon all rode to the garden together.
We got busy weeding the garden so I didn't take the camera out there, but Brooke picked her first tomato all by herself, and had a death grip on it the rest of the day. Back at home, after dinner she was happily still gripping her tomato. I bribed her with bubbles in order to get it to sit on the window sill overnight to ripen.
